Important files suddenly inaccessible? We provide an initial assessment and, where appropriate, coordinate recovery with specialised partners.

Tell us which device or storage medium is affected, what happened and what you have tried. We discuss possible next steps and, if needed, involve specialist recovery partners. Laboratory work is carried out by those partners; Herr EDV does not operate its own data recovery laboratory.
Recovery depends on the medium, the damage and previous actions. We cannot promise a successful outcome.
